How much is shipping?

  • We ship to United States destinations only.
  • Shipping is free for orders over $75.
  • For orders under $75, the rate is based on the weight of the package.

How do you ship?

We use the United States Postal Service or UPS because they are fast, reliable, and very cost-effective.



Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with anything you receive from us. You may return most purchases in its original condition for a full refund. Please note that there are no returns on Needles, Books, Patterns or sale items, unless items were damaged upon receipt.  Yarn must be in original condition (unwound)  and be free of pet, food, smoke and perfume odors.  Postage is your responsibility unless it was our error. Our open return policy is a good reason to hang on to your receipt. There is a 90 day time limit to return for a refund, after 90 days a gift card will be issued.

We’ll refund to the method of payment used to purchase the item or to a gift card with these conditions:
Banking regulations prohibit us from refunding to a different credit card. We cannot refund cash for a credit card purchase.
Technology updates over the years added new conditions.

Please include your receipt or packing slip. If you no longer have it, please include a way for us to know who shipped the merchandise back to us:

  • your phone number
  • your shipping address
  • Original date of purchase
